​My story includes moments of deep pain from broken relationships and the rich joy in starting a new adventure by moving from Kentucky to Seattle back to Kentucky, isolation in times of grieving and sense of community from the Art Department at Western Kentucky University, moments full of feeling stuck in passivity and carpe diem enthusiasm serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan.  The creative process provides a way for me to understand and explore the human experience that I am having in this body, in this place, in this time.

What to expect: handmade acrylic paintings on stretched canvas in a style of abstract painterly expressionism
What to expect: currently photos of my 4-pound Chihuahua Ally but plan on integrating Chihuahua content with art content
